How do I make a reservation?
Decide which home you would like to reserve and call us at 208-221-5238
to check availability and rates. We will try to accommodate your wishes.
What is your payment policy?
Reservations are held on a first-in basis. This is determined
by payment of a $100 non-refundable deposit per property reserved. Your
deposit can be paid by credit card over the phone. We accept
MasterCard, Visa & Discover. Balance due is required on
day of arrival by cash or credit card. For your convenience,
there is an ATM located in front of the Ireland Bank on Main Street
in Lava.
What if I need to cancel my reservation?
The vacation home is reserved for your use. However, cancellations
may be made up to seven days in advance of your arrival. After
that time, you are responsible for the balance due.
Can I make a reservation by phone?
Yes. You can reach us at 208.221.5238 to check availability
and book a reservation. If you wish, we can lock in your
reservation at that time with a credit card deposit.
Are
there any other charges involved when booking a reservation?
Idaho State and city taxes will be added to your total bill. We
require no security deposit; however, you are responsible for any
damages and/or unusual cleaning that occur as a result of your stay.
GETTING TO LAVA
What airport should I fly into?
There are three airports convenient to Lava Hot Springs: Salt
Lake City International Airport serving Utah and Idaho, Pocatello
Regional Airport for local flights from Salt Lake City International
and Lava Hot Springs Airport, a private airport with shuttle services.
Salt
Lake Express - Transportation by van between Salt
Lake, Pocatello & Twin Falls.
Lava is located in SE Idaho. Take exit 47 off Interstate 15 and
travel east on Highway 30 for 11 miles. Lava is approximately 150
miles from Salt Lake City Intl. Airport and 40 miles from the Pocatello
Regional Airport.

CHECKING IN AND OUT
What are your check-in and check-out times?
Check-in starts at 3:00pm. Check-out is at 11:00am. Please
call us the day before your scheduled arrival to let us know when
you will be arriving in Lava so that we can be on hand to welcome
you and give you keys.
Can I check in early or
check out late?
We will try to accommodate early check-ins and late check-outs whenever
possible, but can’t guarantee them in advance. Late checkouts
are available at a rate of $15 per hour after 11:00 AM only if we
are not booked on the day of your scheduled departure. Please
call a day or two prior to check-in to verify special requests related
to checking in or out. |
